Real-time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR Orange Channel 585nm Bandpass Filter
The fluorescent PCR filter manufactured by the advanced ion-assisted deposition (IAD) coating process has the characteristics of high transmittance, high cutoff depth and high cutoff steepness. Based on the in-depth study of the luminescence characteristics of commonly used fluorescent dyes, the central wavelength and bandwidth of the filter are optimized, which can effectively solve the problem of cross-color between adjacent channels and provide the best signal-to-noise ratio for PCR experiments. The product is widely used in real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) and digital PCR (dPCR).
Excitation filter: selects a certain band of light from the light source to excite the fluorescent probe;
Dichroic mirror: reflects the light from the light source to the sample, transmits the generated fluorescence and reflects the scattered light of the excitation light;
Emission filter: selects a certain band of light from the fluorescence to the detector or human eye, and completely blocks the stray light of the excitation light.
