production process

Raw material preparation: Select high-purity silica powder or natural quartz ore, and go through sorting, crushing, water washing, purification and other processes.

High temperature melting: Put the raw materials into an electric furnace or flame furnace and heat them to above 2000 ℃ to melt them.

Cooling solidification: The melted material is rapidly cooled and molded in a mold to produce a light guide block blank.

Subsequent processing: Grinding, polishing and other processing are carried out on the blank to achieve the required optical accuracy and surface quality.
